League Starter Rapidly Attacker Gladiator Poe 3.5 Builds!
Statsticks will no longer be usable. Meaning we are going to lose access to Whirling Blades, the Princess and Prismatic Eclipse. The easiest harm buffs early game. We are going to have to switch to some Mace or Axe. Will wait for full patch notes before making recommendations and do some math on PoB but yes, this really is an incredibly hard early game nerf for us. Pros: Rapidly Attacker / Easy to play / 60% Block and Spellblock
Cons: Cannot do physical reflect maps / Need to turn off Hatred for elemental reflect maps / Can not do no leech maps

New Player Friendly Leech-Blade Flurry League Starter Poe 3.5 Builds!
Towards bosses or trash mobs that you can face-tank, You basically just stand there and hold Blade Flurry till 6 stacks, release, and repeat. Most mobs die before you even reach 6 stacks. No brain expected!

Pros:
+ Can be started kinda cheap and easy to upgrade into the fastes MF Build
+ MF Build = Big Moneymaking
+ Poet's Pen + Inpulsa + buffed CoC + Poet's Div Card = DAB
+ Easy to play cause all you need to press is rightclick
+ Cheaper and more fun (in my opinion) than windripper
Cons:
- Kinda Squishy and not great for Endgame
- The Full Build will be kinda expensive (20 Ex)

[3.5] Ghoulish Overkill! Zombie+Skeleton Baron build
Pros:
+ So many minions! These act as both an informal taunt on your enemies (enemies tend to attack closer targets first) as well as a barrel of fun to watch
+ TONS of damage. Perhaps the only build I've ever used to clear yellow/red maps with a 4-L.
+ Pretty fast clear speed. It's no Windripper, but you do get the opportunity to kill bosses for higher map continuity.
+ Can clear any content. Guardians, Shaper, and Uber Atziri are the only bosses that you may have issues with, and even then, only if you don't know mechanics. Elder is a faceroll joke.
+ Affordable -- The aforementioned T8 map was done with less than 10c worth of gear (in Incursion Softcore. Your mileage may vary, but I sincerely doubt it), and 8 levels below the monsters in the zone, and without having completed Uber Lab.
+ Map mods are relatively easy. Only cares about "cannot regen" and reflect maps, and both can be overcome -- more on that later in the guide.
Cons:
- Not conducive for SSF play styles. There are two uniques that, if you don't have them, the build doesn't function.
- Zombies can be pretty slow at first, and aren't your primary link for leveling, even if you have them around, as I did.
- You'll likely spend much chrome, as minion gems are largely blue, while most of your gear will be strength-based.
- Requires a solid handle on multiple different mechanics, as well as some minor mathematics.

Pros:
+ safe across most content. Bosses offscreening.
+ high effective HP: can be over 11000+ with MoM or 9000 HP with Lioneye's Remorse. Uber Elder viable.
+ around 70% potential Phys Damage Reduction (Basalt, Taste of Hate, etc)
+ decent regen
+ flexible, can stack a lot of block chance if needed
+ great single target damage (around 3.5-4 million with Victario)
+ actually not so slow for mapping
+ much better than Zombies as you don't need corpses to summon, also you don't care if Skeletons die.
Cons:
- Mediocre clear speed because SKELLIES are not SPECTRES. Still faster than Zombies, for the most part.

Pure Phys Skeleton/Zombie Necromancer — Easy 1mil+ DPS, SSF & New Player Friendly!
Pros:
+ The easiest million DPS build you'll ever make. At level 80, with 18/0 gems, almost literally no gear and no PoB trickery, the build reaches 1.04 million Shaper DPS if every minion hits the same target. See for yourself. You do not have to spend currency, you do not have to be good at the game, you really do not have to do anything special. All bosses (up to and including Shaper) just melt. You'll get at least 2 million Shaper DPS if you push the build with a few ex of currency, and over double that while Vaal Summon Skeletons is active.
+ Cheap. You can get to red maps very easily on 20 chaos of gear, and do all content comfortably on about 2 ex worth of gear.
+ Entirely physical damage, so no issues with high boss elemental resistances.
+ Fast movement thanks to Shield Charge and the huge lump of attack speed granted by the Spiritual Command passive node. You're mostly limited by waiting for your minions to kill things, but clear speed is still above average.
+ Decently tanky. This build doesn't use auras for damage, so we can go Mind over Matter and get about 8k EHP. Of course you also have an army of minions (22 in the full build) to tank for you, and 10% physical damage reduction courtesy of your zombies.
+ No spectres necessary. This build only uses skeletons and zombies, meaning that you don't have to deal with any of the issues spectre builds do when it comes to raising the right mobs at the right level. And if something dies, you can just summon it right back. No dramas.
+ Can do all content and all map mods, although phys reflect is a chore and no regen can be a little dangerous.
+ Surprisingly good at lab running. See note in "Playstyle".
Cons:
- Clear speed isn't going to be quite as good as screen-clearing spectres or golems, especially if you don't have Fear jewelry.
- A couple of bosses just melt your minions instantly and are basically impossible for the build. Atziri trio are the worst offenders.
- Have to level as a different build (SRS) unless you have access to twinking gear.

Leveling Tips:
Use Freezing Pulse till you hit lvl 8 where you get yourself Melee Splash, remember to pick up SRS after "Breaking Some Eggs" quest in Mud Flats and if you lack Strength to use the Melee Splash gem, simply equip yourself with a Heavy Belt or any strength providing item.

Pros:

+ Fairly cheap to gear, not gated behind rare/expensive uniques. Good league starter, SSF is possible.
+ Scales exceptionally well in the end-game.

+It's a new skill!
+Very fast clear speed
+Easy to play. One button build most of the time.
+Brand Recall is one of the most satisfying skills in the game.
Cons:
-A little squishy
-Pretty bad single target. You will kill Map bosses without too much trouble, but will not be killing Shaper, Elder, or anything like that.
-Some of the gear upgrades are quite expensive
-Getting to 10 Endurance Charges is expensive
