Poe Grelwood Shank Builds and Guides

Grelwood Shank is a unique Eternal Sword, This Weapon great for starting before you have got your molten strike helm to enchant and dying sun. They are also better for clearing and great for the mines since virtually all encounters are swarms of monsters rather than just one boss. Then if you want to do uber elder, you should probably swap into the nebulous version at some point.

NO.1 How to get Grelwood Shank
Can only drop from Elder Guardians replace the map boss of the map it is occupying. A portal will appear in the boss arena leading to a side zone which contains the Elder Guardian. Their monster level matches the base map of where the Elder is occupying, regardless of the tier of the map they are holding. It cannot be changed.

NO.4 Compare with Nebuloch JUGG
Nebuloch JUGG looks excellent after the reduction in damage taken buff last patch. Should be even easier to sustain now that the Damage you receive has been halved.
Grelwood is excellent for the extra projectiles, and you can corrupt for +1 shells to get a nasty +3 for each shank. Great for sustain and damage, though not sure if that many other projectiles would be useful in all scenarios. You may not hit small targets with all of your shells consistently.
Both are excellent choices, and it probably comes down to preference. Do you like maces or swords? Personally, I’d have a go with the Nebuloch. You traditionally would run two Kaom’s Ways to combat the degen, but you can probably get away with just one now, freeing your other ring slot up for something with a big ele damage roll and a lot of life and resistances. Should make gearing yourself up overall cheaper than it used to be and gives you more flexibility in your equipment.
